★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus was delayed by 2 hours. In addition to that, the quality of bus & their service is really pathetic. The bus was smelling really bad. The smell of smoke, shoes & what not. I literally felt like puking. Waste of time & money both. No professionalism, anyone sits on any seat. Reached the destination very late at midnight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drop off time at the destination is always mentioned incorrect. There is difference of almost 1.5 to 2 hrs in actual drop off time... This needs to be followed strictly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus was 1 hour late at pick up point, all the big luggage was told to keep inside so that created less space for passengers to walk freely. There was no washroom stop after dinner, and bus reached three and half hour late to final destination. One of big concern was driver was smoking while driving.
