★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad...the reserved bus was filled with 5-5 passengers on each seat and insects/worms were travelling on the seat....when we complained for the same to the bus fellow that in this Covid situation why are you taking so many passengers ..there was no co-operation from the office people as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They say something the do something else. While booking I was told it.. While booking it said thats every passenger has personal tv which is not true. There's no tv in any of the seat. Not a single switch located at seats works.. Ac vents are not controllable the air just flows n flows. 0 for puntuality 0 for staff behaviour. They provide you snacks which includes a piece of bread with 2 slices of cucumber in it. Charging ₹1300 for a ticket with such awful services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelled from Nagpur to Indore yesterday. The bus was good so was the staff and driver. The biggest problem was time commitment. On the site it has been mentioned that it will start from Gitanjali chowk at 10 pm and reach Indore at 6:30 am. Looking to this and keeping some margin of safety we booked it and missed our onward connection from Indore. It reached indore at 8:45am instead of advertised time of 6:30am. Upon inquiry we came to know from all the staff members that it usualll do not reach before 8:00 am anyday. That is very poor state of affairs and befooling the passengers. We had an option to book early bus but we were cheated and missed onward connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don t travels these travels are very bad very bad experience travels cleaning is very poor and driver cleanrer look and behavior like terrorist. Travels avg speed is 30km /per hr its take time to riche pune 26hrs... pls dont travel mahindra travels

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very arrogant staff , they don't have manners , really i was shocked how arrogantly they talk with me .,
Very bad service provided by driver& cleaner . Worst time management Bus time was 8pm to 8 am from nagpur to pune ..but reached at pune on 11:45 am..it means 4 hrs late ...so personally I sujjest to all don't go with this travels .
My journey date 21 February 2020 @8pm from nagpur

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad execution of service's, everything thing is very good but they turn off the ac as soon as they reach for dinner/lunch break . Travellers who do not want to go for any meal they have to suffer in suffocation....
