Had taken the service for Bluetooth speakers and they told me they had replaced the battery and they install the refurbished battery because the speaker doesn't work more than one hour after full charge
Doesn't provide the bill and said that bill will be share on mail

Along with this, what I really liked about them is the cleanliness of its service center Which is very important in this covid pandemic .Their staff is very hygienic and attends to the customers by taking all the precautions which have been implemented by the government during the covid period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service experience for noise earphones, they took my earphones but never gave any update, took extra money for delivery also, but it has been 30 days now and i still have not received my earphones, the staff has no knowledge whatsoever of the products or the process, all you get to hear is "me aapko bhaiya se puchke batati hu, thodi der me" or "bhaiya nahi hai shop pe" apparently the bhaiya never really comes to work and rest of the people don't know anything so if you have an option to mail the products to the company yourself please go with that rather than experiencing all this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "WORST" service i have given them my headphones which is under warrenty .For taking my headphones i have to go there 3 times sometimes the lady will say "staff is not there","sometimes she will say you can take with manager and when we talk with manager he says with very rude behavior don't distrub us.. after 1.5 month when i got my headphones it was in the same way i gave to them it was not working ..now their madam is asking that you can again bring and i would waste my time and money ..not only with me almost all customers faces the problem
