★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maher RTO consultant does not even deserve 1 rating. Its my experience which I am sharing with you. You might be cheated. I wanted to change my address and remove the hypothecation on my RC. She asked me to sign the Form 29 and form 30. Maher told me to just sign the forms and do not fill it. I asked that why I have to sign form 29 snd form 30. Maher told me that RTO requires these forms. I suspected that something is wrong. Form 29 and form 30 are needed when you sale your vehicle and want to transfer the vehicle ownership. I visited Thane RTO office and asked them whether these forms are required or not. They told me that these forms are not required. They also told me to be careful because some people may be doing fraudulent things. If you will sign these forms and give it to them, they will write any person's name on it and your vehicle will be transferred in that person's name.
So, please be careful while you give any documents etc. to these people.
Maher wasted 1 month of my time because they did not submit all the documents to RTO. Finally I submitted all the forms to RTO.
