★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The actual service is fine by all means. But the hygiene is the problem. There are goats all over the place the LLR test area stinks since the toilet is right next to it. Saw some goats drinking water from the public drinking cooler (the site was cute, but by no means was it hygienic) it looks like a remote village hut that is abandoned and taken over by goats.
The banners with directions (eg. biometrics, as that can be seen in the picture) are spelled incorrectly (i don't think it's a huge issue, but if it's a government office we expect atleast proper spelling) some banners/instructions are just written in Marathi, as Mumbai is a place with multilingual people who can't read or speak marathi, it is difficult for them. Atleast hindi if not English should be mandatory.
People were roaming around without masks and RTPCR tests were done for candidates but the results were to come the next, so what's the meaning of doing the test for the next day when the people are already inside today?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero Covid regulations, no one wears there mask properly. Staff members of the RTO don't even wear masks . No Social distancing . Now one point when you get your licence a lady will execute a covid test . The swabs were sealed but the gloves used were not fresh they were stuffed in a open plastic and sprayed with some had sanitizer.... This is not acceptable when the risk of taking a test will guarantee you get covid . All this big talk the government gives and then makes such cost cutting, while putting mandatory regulations that will 100% Infect you . Its illogical to reuse gloves that are put it into people's mouthes . And strict actions should be taken.

Windows don't open on time expected anything related to any govt establishment
The process is fast and smooth and organized for this they deserve all the praise
The RT-PCR test done is clumsy and not as it should be done. The nasal stick is just a little bit inside the nose and throat is just saliva collected from tongue. That is something which should be improved and tightened

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The officers will make you go from one window to another window.
Transfer of vehicle within the same rto without agent takes min 1.5 hrs even if you have all documents with you with 5 people in each queue. You have to pass around 5-6 windows to complete the process.
But things get done if you have patience and your documentation is correct and vehicle seller or purchaser are present there because even if one paper missing need to get with signature of stake holder

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just applied for a learners license on 11 Jan 2022, the place is following proper Covid - 2019 norms also the officers available and who I came across were polite and kind.
The locality is a bit shabby and chaotic and unhygienic as well.
I will put more updates once my work is done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was going good. I was their to collect my RC book which was returned to RTO. Their should be a queue management. Parkings are done in no parking only, don't worry about toeing, go rich early to get your work done fast, you may ask for help from anyone with lots of paper with them (vendors) they know everything about.
Quite good experience, even after doing lots of magazmaari they said RC will be again delivered by post which was in his hand ???. And if you are going for RC book go to counter no. 18 .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ its good if you reach here via link road. the service is as you expect from government offices. slow and confusing. the place is not so clean. also, there are xerox centres and agents who will do your work at their rates.
there are some food stalls outside the office too like tea/idli vada/vada pav etc.
