★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took appointment for my wife for license and she was there on time at 10:30, people started coming and waiting, till 12:30 nobody came but there was so much of rush of general people along with the people who came with their agents and car training school, That was really bad the even after waiting for 2 hours the preference was given to the people of car training schools and it was not only from one training school, multiple school with multiple people, so the normal people who applied online was on a side, which I do not appreciate.
The point here to make what is the use of keeping an appointment if nobody follows it. just keep it normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very good 1st time visit to renew my driving licence. The staff was very efficient and since I had done most of the work online, I just had to submit the form (which I don't understand why that was needed). I actually took just 10 minutes to finish the process without any help from a "consultant". Unfortunately I place looks so badly maintained - the government needs to make a better office for the staff there. Even the board is old and rusted!
