★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the first buildings to have come up on the Nagras Road, erstwhile New DP Road. 5 blocks, follows a linear structure with a small unmaintained park in the middle. Janaseva Sahakari Bank blocks direct visibility of the society from Nagras Road, however there's a board on the main road to help locate this. Located right opposite Kotak Mahindra Bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice houses that have reasonable prices. Good place but mediocre facilities. Have basic needs in neighborhood e.g. hospital, school, super market, offices etc. But paucity of some things such as water and electricity; do have cozy houses, though. Should give the place a try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place to live. There are many stupid rules. The club house opens only during vinayak chaturti. Your children can play only on their own building. You are not allowed to play in the road, because the stupid chairman says that, then everyone comes to play down and also children from the building nearby come to play down. First change the stupid chairman. He's an idiot. He says that none should come and play in front if his building. He doesn't allow people to celebrate any other festivals. He is a drunk person. Because of that guy none comes to play. He even hits children who play. He wants the place noise free. I have just expressed my own views about the apartment. Overall: this place is the worst to stay. Never come to this apartment. You will also get stucked in this stupid apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good society to stay. Cleanliness has been maintained. However security doesn't seemed to be taken care of. Anyone can get enter easily. Rooms are good enough in architecture.
