★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For those who are giving negative reviews completion was obtained long back on 2019 second thing changes are being made on the request of society members not by builders choice and third and last thing builder has not demanded any extra money except legal charges and for those who are saying that flats are not sold all the remaining flats belong to the land owner which they don't want to sell, they are just giving it out on rent builder has sold all the flats long ago to those who can afford it also there are 3-4 people out there in the building who are not paying maintenance since 6-7 months just living and using all the amenities athe cost of other people and all this things are still tackled by the builder in positive way so only those who know the facts should comment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst construction quality and 4 flats on one floor are totally unplanned... just visit any floor and you will see the 2 flats entrace total darkness .. moreover lifts are substandard..
There is no society and builder is just taking advantage by asking extra money on everything .. many flats still remian unsold due to many problems .. beware of making purxhase .. all 5 stars are from agents only

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building has too many problems. Builder is neither completing the building work nor forming the society. Lot of changes are being made in the sanctioned layout plans as per available data at the PMC. This building is in the making since 2013/14 and still not completed. Purchase or rent flats at your own risk. Talk to people living there in case there is any change in this status.
