★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This society treats tenants very rudely. They only behave well and talk with the owners. They don't involve tenants in any of the activity. This society is lack of sunlight, old construction, non maintained society, rented flat owners expect higher rents without willing to give any maintenance to you. You will end up bearing paying more and more. They deduct deposit more than 1/4th value. Be ware to rent flat here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT RENT FLAT D7. The owner deducts your security deposit giving all stupid reasons. Eg. Fan is not working, house is not clean. etc. 1k-2k from deposit is fine but he deducted 10k from our security deposit. Also during the stay he will ask the tenant to bear all the repairing charges as its tenants requirement. Very bad experience with owner of D7.
PLZ BE CAREFUL IF YOU ARE RENTING THE FLAT.
Rest society is good and nice locality to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society is good for family accommodation. Apartments are little old but in good condition. Few apartments in the building doesn't have any balcony, so no provision of direct sunlight, Although rooms have big sliding door windows so very airy and bright. Overall good place to live in.
