★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12-years building with regular water issues even during the rainy season. C-304 flat has lots of problem including its owner (stays in same society but initially claimed stays in baner while we were trying to find a house), bathrooms (no jet flash by the way in both) and sewerage, seepage happens over the dining hall and in one bathroom. Another bathroom has a blocked sewerage which would stop you to use the wash basin in that bathroom.
Owner (Shyam Jha) thinks himself to be very smart and cheats people with help of brokers (modi). Both of them work together and make tenant pay the full amount of rental registration fee of 3000. Would suggest never stay in such apartment and pay so much of rent.
