★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice residential complex in Aundh, Pune. Well organized and well maintained. Social functions are organized and celebrated with enthusiasm. Convenient location, close to main road, Aundh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an upmarket housing complex. There's stilt and underground parking and entry and exit are manned by security personnel. However the complex opens out into a relatively narrow lane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entrance and exit is a bit tricky. One has to enter through the right gate and exit also through the right lane. The staff at the gate and security personnel are generally rude and ill-mannered. The road infront of the society is busy. Parking area is limited and very constricted. You may not find the name of the person you are looking for on the building lobby as the flats have been rented out by owners but still the owner's name is displayed. So be sure to ask for the flat numbers. Flats are OK. Location is also convenient if you are working in Aundh and around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With it's prime location in Aundh, the society is very peaceful with all the amenities like swimming pool, gym, kids play area, indoor games ( table tennis, carrom, chess, and snooker). The best part is the maintenance, it gets done on regular intervals. All the festivals celebration is also a good part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well planned, well maintained society. Some areas need cleaning. Entrance is a bit weird.
Prime location. ITI road, D-Mart, westend malls are nearby. Although there is lack of local market outside the society. The road just outside the society is narrow and full of traffic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for the entire Rohan Nilay Society. It is very well planned and excellently maintained property. There are spacious 3Bhk and 2bhk flats in this property. One can rent a flat here ( families only). The society boasts a lot of facilities which include a beautiful swimming, kids play area, jogging track, a community hall, inhouse gym with an instructor available, yoga room and fully functional clubhouse which has many board games etc. One more thing I like here is that every building has a reserved area for visitors parking. I have been here for quite sometime and find this place one of the best ones in the locality.
