★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got my money wasted (almost 40k), dont trust the inspection supervisors. They quoted for changing the electrical and mechanical hardware's, I had given them the confirmation for the same. Still they did not change or replace anything and after so much of follow up, I got my car only with repairs. Those problems have started appearing again. Initially I thought to leave this matter, but the way I am experiencing the problems again, I have decided to never opt for service from Mahindra First Choice. Really, I am not happy with these guys, very poor quality of customer satisfaction.

They are very prompt on getting the job done . I had visited the centre and my vehicle was first tested and then they gave me a reasonable quotation for the repair and maintenance. Due to lockdown my vehicle was not used much and was in a bad shape.
Mr. Baijo, Mr. Raju & team have done an excellent work on my vehicle. Really Appreciate their efforts!!! And I suggest all to visit Samruddhi Autoworld. Thanks...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheaters . Money eaters . They don’t have any expertise- they have outsourced technicians and they fooling people just with the name of Mahindra . And Mahindra now a days too is not serious of taking actions on these poor fellows. Wasted my 1 month and then damaged my car too .
Lack of professionalism, knowledge and customer service . Total failure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently got my Hyndai car repaired , Sharad and team was extremely helpful from the start. Explained the problem with ease and provided quick resolution too.
Co ordination was smooth and all information was provided was satisfactory.
The office is nice and clean and well sanitised.
I would recommend all thier service in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally money minded management. Would not hesitate to overcharge and even cheat it's customers.
Have had real bad experiences and had to remain stubborn as well as calm as they try to provoke and do not release the vehicle unless u clear the overcharged bill.
If the customer does not give up, the staff starts giving excuses like "Sir, I mistakenly did this, if u don't pay then it will be deducted from my salary and I might loose my job also"
Under such circumstances, it is very likely for one to forget checking if his car's problems have been properly fixed or not.
Their showroom is totally contrast.
