★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for Unnati Motors, Wardhaman Nagar. Asked them for denting and painting of a location in the bumper. They did a horrible touch up job which anyone could have done just like applying some nail paint. Rest all things were done but this was the primary reason i sent the vehicle for service. I specifically said this multiple times and this was the primary thing and listed on the top of the job card that i need this fixed but instead a shabby job was done and i was billed Rs. 10,000 but my original problem was never solved. NOT AT ALL HAPPY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today went unnati motors nagpur , horrible experience till date . unprofessional staff , i had that feeling like they don't want there vehicles to be sold they are just obliging customers . Even a marketing person said to me that if u want to buy the vehicle book it today otherwise ull not be able to buy this tomorrow .In a very harsh manner as if I went there to buy some grocery. The staff there was fully uncooperative i was just roaming here and there and no one even tried to ask me anything.all the staff was super busy doing nothing .Were just starring at me. The only person I found proper professional was the watchmen only. Asked for a test drive didn't get it. Asked about vehicle spec got a blank look.asked for finance inquery ... Nothing. God knows what type of service they are gonna give after buying the vehicle. Provincial automobiles had the same type of service. But in unnati motors a harsher one . No doubt maruti Hyundai and Honda sales are on peak . Felt the difference. What a responsive staff they all have. Mahindra has some finest hardware in there bag. They are just spending on useless staff . I bet mahindra can sell as many cars online only as they are selling now . No need to waste money on pethethic staff who are not committed to there work . There are still deserVing skilled men out there waiting for an opportunity. So plz mahindra let the broom on and sweep the liabilities as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service, staff is very supportive and helpful. We were on the way to Jodhpur to chennai our vehicle gear box mounting broken. We reached Unnati motors they way they helped us and reapired the car. I'm heratly thankful to Unnati motors and staff.

Their sales and service is also good and the staff is co-operative and supportive, they clear all the doubts regarding vehicle, finance, documentation and all.
Over all a good showroom if you are planning to buy a Mahindra vehicle.
