β β β β β Very bad experience in term of commitment about delivery of car, because they even didnβt not know the status about booking , they just making excuses like tomorrow ll give u the status and after meeting give u the status, This kind of excuses are giving continuously from previous 1 month. And very bad experience in term of service.

Extremely Frustrating experience in term of car booking/delivery commitment with HBS Panchkula sales team (Mr. Mukul & Ms. Manu Dhiman) about the car delivery period commitment for XUV-300 (W8-O) Petrol. I (Sandeep Sachdev) have booked on 6th March 2022 (with a commitment of delivering in March month itself) β till now its 15th April and I havenβt even received the Dispatch Status of Car β rather what to comment for Delivery. It seems they are only interested in taking the spot bookings and then after not even care to inform the customer about status. Every time I have to call them and they even didnβt know the delivery / dispatch details, they just making excuses like 2 days, 4 days or next week - Iβll give you the dispatch status and we are checking the details to give u the status. These kinds of excuses are giving continuously from previous 50 days (1.5 month) and very bad experience in term of car selling service

β β β β β My friend had given his commercial cab to the agency to get it repaired, today it has been 23 days and he has not fixed it yet, that cab costs his living for his house, it is a troubling service of this agency.
zero level service customer keeps talking like a dog and does not give any response. Hear it from here, throw it out there.

β β β β β One of my friend is planning to buy an SUV but is getting more confused as he takes more test rides, so we decided to add a bit of more confusion to his decision and we went to Harbir motors to give this decision a conclusion.
The showroom was all decorated with as if itβs a birthday party and it was nice to see that a lot of people were there for the launch and the test drive.
A lady walked up to us asking for our interest at the showroom and showed us the car from outside and inside. She also gave us the price list and explained the various features of the car.
We at last took the test ride of the car. It was the automatic AWD petrol car, which was very fine in driving and a new car as you know is always appealing.
We all thank the guys for arranging this. Although I have no plans of buying this car but still it was a great experience.
We were offered water and our chance for the test ride did not take long, as it was very much organized and scheduled in this matter. . .
