★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Things are okay, but I will expect more professional outlook to things. I took my vehicle to the workshop on 12th Feb but initiation of the process of filing insurance claim started on 15th Feb and I was clue less about where it is.
Also when your customer is taking the vehicle to your service station we are not bothered if I am in touch with the body shop or mechanical. I am taking it to Service station getting to hear that this will be done by Mechanical is still okay but saying this that I have done my job now the other department will contact you or you contact other team is a little put off on my experience.
There are some sound in my engine and body which is yet not resolved. I am not sure why even when I raised the concern things were not taken care off.
