★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited at this service center ,Sorry to say staff is not technical sound .
This service center is good for basic service of your vehicle. They are not having trained staff just replace all the part and charge you taken your good part into there stock. Not a trust worthy service center.
I spend the whole day in front of my vehicle at there workshop for clutch is hard issue They charged 18000/ and replaced all the part . Even technician are not aware how to change these parts ,They always want some who can guide them to fix it .
I told them that my part are looks like new but they told that these part are not good. then I told them to replace the parts which is required here.
As issue is not solved my gear start stocking so I left the vehicle there .They assure my we correct the issue in the morning .
I ask to put all the removed part in my car they do the same .
Next day When I reached there they asked issue is resolved now .Eye opening thing is that they remove part from car diky and put the defective part of any other car. I told them that's these are not my parts .
I received feedback call from them then I told that my remove parts was interchange from your staff they assured me that we check this in our cameras and never came back still I am facing the Clutch hard issue . I also going to highlight my case to Maruti that the reason your customer are going to third party for service.
They fool there customers in major repair . I wants to give zero star but not able to do as per google policy .
Try to avoid this center for major repair .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place for servicing of Maruti vehicles. Right from the mechanics till the manager everybody was totally professional in their approach. Mr Ganesh Sir the manager was very polite, knowledgeable and approachable. The sense of service was evident in each and every staff‘s behaviour. Best part is you can find all the branches of Maruti like insurance claim body shop and the workshop under one roof. There was total transparency adopted at all stages like pre-service vehicle drive, estimation of cost, feedback and post service check. This is one service centre, where you can be mentally at peace regarding to any ill doing. They also offer pick up and drop of vehicles from residences. Overall a very hasslefree and assuring experience.
NOTE - Please zoom in on the photographs I have divided and look at the finer details of the vehicle like the chrome parts the standard of Rigzin how clean and Saini they have become.
