★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. When we purchase the vehicle they will tell us everything comes under the warenty. But actual they will tell us nothing will come under warranty. Pls see the purchase mannuals, the rules are against us. Nothing is free at the warenty periodalso. This is fact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service from Pioneer Auto World workshop team has been excellent. My 2009 model KA registration Scorpio broke down last week on the way from B'lore to Tenali. Part of it is my own making and also due to relying on a local mechanic instead of sending the vehicle to authorised service center.
The technical team led by Mr Daniel has done an excellent job. Not only the work is of exceptional quality, but also exhibited honesty by safekeeping the amount I left in the vehicle. Both Mr Daniel and Mr Balakrishna, another senior technician who worked on the vehicle were very swift in identifying that there is cash in the vehicle and handed over to me at the time of delivery.
Mr Srinivas, Service Manager has exposed me to a new process that he introduced in his service center ie., he had sent the pics of problematic parts that need replacement, apart from sharing the progress photos at every step, on whatsapp. Though the problem was with gear box assembly, which in general takes a week or two depending on the parts availability (as per technicians), he managed to deliver it in 3.5 days that too during partial lockdown in few towns in A.P and twice he had to send a vehicle to Ongole service center to get one of the parts. In an ideal setup, I had always managed to get some discount on the total invoice. Mr Srinivas had convinced me to pay the amount in full, citing covid situation.
Special thanks to Mr Srihari, service manager at Ongole Pioneer Autoworld for being honest and guiding me to take the vehicle to Guntur.
Though I expected the vehicle to be ready in 48 hours, constant interaction with Mr Srinivas made me understand how he empathised my situation. I once again thank Mr Srinivas and his team (Danieal and Balakrishna) for the urgency demonstrated in delivering the vehicle.
