★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are going for service of vehicle, useless repairs and services would be added which are not at all necessary for the vehicle. Pros and cons of such services is not explained but simply added to your job card. Labour is charged at a very high prices. Still after all this many important details which needs their notice are missed. Far from city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No body will listen to u ...until only when ur there for buying a new car ...the staff is just like if ignoring u ..how many tymes u tell them that this the problem with the car ...they never listen nor there mechanics ...not a single person with a gud attitude is present over there . No body cares whether u have any problem or not ...I would prefer all peoples to go to raga motors jallandhar instead punj mahindra hsp

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really shocking that nobody listen the problem of customer as I bought my XUV 500 last month and paid full payment but not received plates and RC Docs as I contacted over phone but they are talking like dumb and so rude peoples and we are still waiting waiting waiting plates. Shame on you guys as giving too much hard time to your customer. I personally advice, please do not buy your vehicle from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIRD CLASS SERVICE. If you want to buy new car they will treat you like a ?. But if you're facing any problem, then forget it nobody cares 4u. Punj Mahindra's service is not satisfactory even when you complaint about them on Mahindra's customer care even that too will remain open for weeks. Go for some other brand or atleast if you want to stick with Mahindra just choose another dealer out of hoshiarpur.
