★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero professionalism. They don't how to handle customer. The boss or manager is fighting with mechanics in front of everyone. No one treat you as a customer. Although its Tata authorised dealer but they are repairing almost every car. Tata needs to look at this issue as they want to compete with others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor services.... They are adding unwanted charges in your bill... Even you don't need that. Infect they add service charges during your free services. They add unwanted repairing charges like waring check and repair. I have very bad experience with them... They not repair my faulty car part.... And after 6 days face the same prob, their engineers not able to fix at my home, and this is second time they ask for a recovery van

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst Tata service centre i have ever seen.
It is more of a garage rather than a service centre, no waiting area, nobody attends you, zero professionalism, very poor organisation of the service centre and they are repairing all cars despite of being tata authorised.
The work is not reliable and i will recommend everyone to go to jalandhar for tata service rather than going here.

Incompetent staff with zero professionalism.
Left our car there for some repair work and when we got it back screws and bolts were missing for some of the parts.
At some places they even left the electric wires uncovered.
No waiting hall .!!!!!
Service advisor is unaware of the work done on your car.
Although tata exclusive workshop but they are repairing every other car on our planet !!
