β β β β β IMPRESSIVE . I'm specifically mentioning one of the sales executive name Mr. Anindya Paul. Having a very humble and polite behaviour towards the customer is the best part of the dealer. These people have adequate knowledge to educate customers to their actual need. I personally got a very good deal in my old car and as well as in my new XUV300 w8 optional.
I personally recommend this dealer highly if you are looking for a value for money deal.

β β β β β No commitment... Gave my car for servicing... Failed to meet 2 delivery dates which they themselves had committed.
Took my car saying that they will provide cashless facility in my insurance claim.. Later they tell me they don't have tie up and I have to pay cash.

β β β β β Bunch of liars. Executives gave false commitments in the beginning just to take the car in for service and then simply denied stating nothing such was promised during the time of delivery. Also, the delivery was delayed for a week just because the service center manager was not aware of the insurance claim procedure.
Highly disappointed for the pathetic customer service.
This was the first and the last visit.

β β β β β I have had a very bad experience with the showroom staff , I had gone to enquire about a vahicle and they unwillingly gave me quotes and didn't offer me any discount though Mahindra claims to provide discounts on advertisements. Their prices are higher then what is being shown on different forums , I tried checking with the salesmen leter and he was not even responding to my pings as if he was giving me something for charity. Leter I decided not to buy my first vehicle from this showroom
