After sales services are slow and hectic.
If you use your car frequently , their processes will be a harrashment in your life.

1) Too slow everything
2) you will encounter parts not available
3) have time in hand like a day to get your work done.
So overall the person responsible have talked very patiently and could be a reason to visit again otherwise I would avoid such service station in future.
