★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service center. They took complete one day to service my scooty. There is no such COVID protocol maintained by the employees. Always Huge que in servicing. Pre booking over phone is not available.

I will not recommend anyone to visit here, if you have self respect....
I visited to buy and they confirmed the specific vehicle is available but after reaching there they started playing with words and started searching my cellphone for the proof of call instead of checking it with there staff members or the receptionists...
As if I am lying and the staff there were some CBI of FBI investigators....
I had to prove that I called several times for purchase of vehicle. and was promised that it is available. After reaching there its completely different story and worst behaviour....
Worst behaviour encountered ever in my life..
Don't get fooled by the positive feedback for this place...
It's true that they have illiterate staff as they behave worst than illiterate people..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Their behaviour is not good. Time consuming service center, shot of mechanics and the environment is not good for the covid 19 situation. Now it's 10:31 at morning only 1 bike is repairing and rest of the bikes are standing outside for their service. What a pathetic situation. I'm very upset with this service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely poor & reluctant behaviour by the sales team. The worst service center award also goes to their service center which is just backside of the showroom. Do yourself a favour don't buy from here you will regret in the long term.

Ignore this Titagarh store if possible. they've promised a delivery date at the time of booking but after booked the vehicle they've postponed the delivery date for more than 15 days. booking vehicle is like a trap there.. u can't get refund booking amount.

Bike Prices are also very good.
Asked for the test ride for Tvs apache rtr 160 4v and they prepared the bike within 10mins.
