★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff's behavior is very arrogant and he doesn't treat customers nicely. They talk very rudely and they don't even have CARD SWIPE machine to take the payment, they force to pay amount in cash. Even a cycle shop has a card swipe machine near this showroom from where i bought my sisters bicycle. Staff need to improve their personality otherwise this TVS showroom will become a complete failure. I am buying bike from here but they didn't even allowed me a test drive. They didn't even offered cold drinks in this hot summer season. Totally disappointed from Serampore TVS showroom.
