★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mahindra Vivante has been very disappointing. The quality of workmanship, the fittings, fixtures, flooring is poor. This was least expected from a corporate like Mahindra. Paid a premium for this project to have a hassle free, quality product but the project has miserably failed. Really regret purchasing a flat here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regret booking a flat here , no transparency . They just keep on asking for the slab EMI and the manager doesnot have time to even meet you even after chasing for 5 months.
Was told to buy a flat in constructed buidling . Absolutely regret the decision to go with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was interested in buying a resale flat and the prime reason for checking out one in Vivante was its location and connectivity options along with Mahindra Lifespaces brand image. Must say I am impressed with the overall project quality and would surely consider making the purchase if things work out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice complex located close to all travelling facilities like western Express Highway,metro station airport.Yet it is nested in a quite locality. Buildings are sturdy clean and attractive.Decent parking space for visitors.
