★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Irresponsible Builder. They have delayed the draw for one year to eat up interest on customer funds and created a hassle full process so that customer refund is further delayed by citing covid related reasons.
Their other project on Sohna road is also at halt and is very much behind schedule.
they do not respond to emails of the customers when the query is related to refund or interest.
As per Huda affordable policy they have to pay interest if they keep customers money beyond 90 days of application. However they are breaching the Policy as well.

Manager Miss Manvi said sorry we have some account balance issue in Mahira group .So need more time to refund money of public . not trust worthy as my money stuck in Mahira from March 2020 but still not refund .

The refund cheque issued by Mahira is bounced. Don't think to invest your money with them.
They are not following HRERA guidelines.
Instead of investment in Mahira group better go for donation.
