Delay in construction.
No proper response from builder.
Possession date had been passed but there is no sign they can complete the project in another 4 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud company. They do not refund your money after cancellation/refund even after 4 months. Every time they give a new date for refund cheque. The persons dealing refunds and cancellation do not know how to behave. They are earning interest on customer money by not refunding the money on due dates. Unprofessional, pathetic service.

I invest in 63a affordable project and not getting my money back.
7 time I visit their office but only post-dated cheque I got and my cheque got bounced.
Minimum I colled them arround 600-700 times but no response (not picking my phone)
So it's ur choice ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have not even delivered their 1st project Mahira sector 68 which was started in 2018.
They don't follow RERA and reputation is nothing for them. People have given full payment and more than 3 towers construction has not even started.
They only allow to see A and B tower. Even they have setting with Haryana govt. Due to which they can do whatever they want that means doing nothing and eating poor people money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best investment on mahira homes 68 and 63a project. Both the project are located at prime location of Gurgaon. I also found mahira group is a reputed affordable housing builder with it construction quality. All the staff is supportive, good nature of attitude. They understand customer problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been 5 months that I have not got refund for my canceled flat. I was promised that the money would be refunded in 3 months Absolutely unprofessional behaviour from Mahira. Inspite of sending multiple emails and follow ups, there is no response.
It is the hard earned money of middle class people, please do not waste it. I really need that money right now. Please return it.
Edit: I already shared the details over email to mahira and now they are delaying for another month to provide the cheque. This is highly irresponsible behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusted. They will make you wait for your refund. No response whatsoever. If this is their attitude, god help the people who have invested in their project. Going to be four months since I am chasing them for my refund. Their previous projects are also delayed. I would strongly recommend not investing in Mahira group.
