★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted MFF for a full time maid. They were very receptive to the needs and tried their best to provide a resource in a very short time. They sent two maids for a trial, unfortunately none worked out. I eventually couldnt avail of their services but whatever interaction I had with them, I found them good and professional. Hopefully we will get a chance to use their services some time in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst possible experience. They ditched us on last day and didn't send us maid for our new born. Extremely unprofessional and not trustable at all.
I am editing my review to add that after I posted my review lady named Rani from Maid for family called my wife who is still recovering from child birth and started shouting at her that how dare I put this post.
These people not only provide bad services but also harass there customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the WORST Experience with this maid agency! Do NOT ever get a maid from them. They take advance and provide maids who all run away within one to two months. Now the owner/manager is not picking up our calls and the numbers are off. They are all just hoarding money and running away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are a bunch of cheats who will only guarantee a maid for 3 months and they will sell themselves saying that their maids will last for years in your house. I have had a nightmarish experience with them wherein they sent a maid and immediately after 1 month she said she did not want to work. They could not provide a replacement for 2 months after that and then after 3 months they said that their guaranteed time limit is over and they will not refund your fees. Don't be conned by the polished way they talk esp Deepak and Rani and don't get trapped with them. Absolutely not recommended!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have hired a maid from them in Sep'17 since then i am happy with their services specially Mr.Tarun he is very nice and well spoken guy he understood my requirement and send me maids initially it took time like 5-7 days to revert but yes very professionally he handled everything and serve us. I posted this late cos i need to check after sale how was the service with them but i like the way they deal... ALL the best to the company..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called up a maid in jan for trial and she completely said no to half of the work mentioned in list. That time we thought of not going ahead with them . Since our baby was young we finally decided to call a maid again for trial in march from them. She cold harday cook or clean but was polite so we thought we'll keep her and train her. My wife true teaching her all the work for 1 month but she was unake to learn any thing and destroy many expensive things at our place. We asked for replacement and Rani started saying we dont have replace men so please keep her and we'll arrange for replacement. After 3rd month she sent a maid and called first one back. New maid didnt even entered our house and said I dont want to work. Finally Rani started shouting at us and blaning us for everything. She gave us one more replacement and the maid was abusive, demands sleeping in our bedroom and misbehaves with guests coming to our place. To conclude
1) Rani never has maids and she'll trap you saying that she has many clientes blah blah.
2) She'll be sweet for first 3 months and then will not answer your calls or send replace ment.
3) Their maids dont stay and are fixed to work few weeks and then transferred to new clients whom she wants payment from.
4) Her contract has one sided terms like no refund after 4 months and no rules against them.
5) Their maids are untrained and if trained, Rani pulls them out according to her requirement when she needs money from a new client.
6) All her positive reviews are either fake or paid.
7) She'll start blaming you for everything and both Rani and maid cooks false stories about your behaviour.
8) When i told her that I'll complaint against her, she said I have powerful clientes who'll support me, so basically after taking money she'll threaten you also.
9) She gave us services only for 8 months out of which we were without a maid for 1.5 months. From very first month, Rani and her maids were just torturing us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This agency is a fraud. They'll charge from you for complete year and will be very sweet with you for first 2-3 months. Then Rani will start shouting and will stop answering your calls. They have a formula with which you are left with no refund after 4 months. When she has to take money, she'll keep saying I have so many maids and have many clients and as soon as she gets the money, she'll start saying that I dont have replacement. Her maid doesnt know how to work and none will work for more than a month. She'll not pick up your call and her maid will never come back as soon as you give them a leave. She and her maid are liers. After waiting for many days, she gave us a replacement and we told her that this maid is nice. Within 15 days the maid ran away. Rani called up the maid and told her that you dont answer their calls and I'll place you to a new clients place. Dont get trapped. For us, she has given only 8 months services that too we were without a maid for almost 1 month. We have to pressurize her by saying that we'll do a police complaint then she answered our call and after that she kept pressurizing to keep a maid who shouts and fight. Their maid dont want to work and Rani and maids are working as a team, they have only 5-6 maids whom she keeps shuffling from one client to another and you'll not get any services after 3 months.
