I took my bike for it's 1st service last year. After servicing the front Disc pinion was loosly fitted however they resolved it.
Again it came for polishing. At the time of polishing the polish disc was defected which made a deep scratch on the fuel tank. I told him to stop the process & change the disc but again he did the same and made a large deep scratch on the other side of the tank. Then i went to the manager to show the same but after coming back what I am seeing that my back seat was completely teared because of this defective polish disc.
I claimed to replace the seat and tank without any cost but the manager refused to do so. After my repeated claim he agreed to replace the seat which I got after 20 days and about fuel tank, I didnt get it. They made a colour coating on the damage portion only which was washed out in 10 -15 days.
Not at all recomended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here twice for my avenger 220 street. They told me that the estimated cost for servicing was around 4500 the first time I came here. After a few hours that very day they called me and told that the bike servicing has been done and the total charge is 6400. The estimated cost and the actual one were nowhere close. I had an argument with them regarding this as they told me that the rise in the expense is because of the added parts. When I reached their service station they told me that the amount I need to pay now is 4800 as they added an extra part in the bill by mistake.
The second time was a month after my bike got serviced by them. That day my bike failed to start and I ended up paying 2300 for battery replacement at this service station. They simply said that the battery was faulty and had to be replaced. They didn't take minutes to come to that conclusion. I asked them to give me the faulty battery which I later took to a local service centre nearby and then I got to know that the battery works fine, it just needed charging for a few hrs. They got the old battery working within a few hrs.
