★ ★ ★ ★ ★ most most pathetic place ever visited..this is really very embarrassing that being an indian i cannot do anythng to stop people from being corrupt....for last 4 day i went to the shop and the shop keeper told me to come on the next day to collect the sim... he has got sim bt he is not willing to give it coz he is selling it in black i have witnessed this... even he is too rude.. he dont knw how to talk to customer and guide them. pathetic person.. india can never develop bcoz of this kind of people. same on u..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. No customer response. The don't know how to talk to customers. Never provide service as per promise. Totally fraud store. Even if u submit all your documents on time they will not send it for processing. Always making rubbish excuses. the need at least 1 week to start your number. Don't take any type of service from this store. I am going to complain in consumer court for their service soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noticeable logo despite the shop being located on a narrow and heavy traffic road of Mahipalpur. Representatives are little lazy but you can get your job done if you wait for sometime and have patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys were really helpful. Reached at 2115 when they were planning to close. I requested for new SIM for my lost one. I had blocked the SIM but those guys went out of the way activated my new SIM and were late too to close. They went beyond call of duty to help me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a pathetic place, the employees behave just like State Bank of India employees. You ask a and they will answer z. Any questions you ask the will say speak to customer service. When you go to recharge they behave as if they are doing some favor. If you don't have change then you are in trouble. Don't even buy a phone from here they are all from back date and too costly. Best of luck anyway
