We had paneer Makhani sandwich and veg grilled sandwich. Both of them were just just amazing.
Do give this place a try, prices are not that high and quality is very good.

Medium spicy sandwich with soft paneer slices in makhani gravy of 3 layer sandwich. Fills One person's stomach.
New Maharaja Special Grilled Sandwich:
Spicy taste, reminds of the desi chatpata tadka, full of gravy with veggies including corn and paneer.
Moka Coffee:
3 layer coffee with thick coffee at top layer, milk at centre layer and tasty chocolate at the bottom!
Wait for the chocolate to melt, it's taste gets even tastier as it melts.
Uniqueness:
Staff is very friendly, food quality is superb and quantity is satisfactory.
Their aim is not to just sell a regular sandwich but build a relationship with customer by giving a perfect sandwich with unique style of garnish which satisfies the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently visited this small joint Situated at Narayanpeth,Pune.They serves best Variety Sandwiches ?? and Pizza in town and also serve some cold beverage mainly Cold coffee.I've tried so many Sandwich places but not everyone satisfied me,But this place did that.I loved there Pahaadi Paneer Sandwich which was super cheesy loaded with goodness of cheese with blend of spicy veggies fiiling inside.The other thing i had was Corn Cheese pizza which was also delicious and flavourful with goodness of cheese this taste just alike Domino's pizza Which was worth to visit there and yeah it is pockect friendly though..Would highly recommend to visit there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place few days back, got to eat some delicious sandwich,their peri peri sandwich is the best, it's a spicy one and it's filling is too yum, this would be more than enough for a single person, I highly recommend peri peri sandwich ? , also they have varieties of Pizza , I tried their corn pizza, cheese lovers would love it, this place is very reasonable ,it's a good joint for sandwiches and Pizza, absolutely loved the food, lastly ordered their thick cold coffee, I loved how all their dishes and drinks were so perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the busy streets of Sadashivpet where rickshaws rub shoulders with a Merc and small carts straddle the already jam-packed by-lanes reflecting another India- always busy, struggling through the daily trifles yet enterprising in thought and actions.
Here stands this dingy yet proud and dignified shack called Maitricha Katta(Marathi Word). In simple English it means the rendezvous where friends meet. I couldn't help but visualise this scene and when I arrived, there was this small group of friends gorging on club sandwiches and pizzas dished out by the shack- a striking example of Maitricha Katta!
I ordered my fare, had a small chit-chat with the owner, a nice man in his mid forties who instantly told me that he will pack up my order so that I can photograph it at home, since there was a space constraint already.
I ordered a paneer club sandwich and a tandoori paneer pizza. I bought it home as safe as the Rajput Prince who brought home his new bride on a horse.
Club Sandwich was crunchy, well pressed and delish, nicely cut. Strongly recommended.
The Tandoor paneer Pizza, cheesy goodness, tandoor smoked paneer was gooey good. Must try!
Mark my words, all you young foodies, chefs and restaurateurs- good food is made with only one key ingredient- Love!
That makes it so special and delectable.
Folks, this place goes on to prove that size doesnt matter, heart does.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sandwiches are clearly the USP of this place. I ordered the Peri Peri Paneer Sandwich upon which they asked if it should be spicy, and I said yes.
This sandwich was superb in taste, they made it perfectly spicy and the paneer filling was also generous. The Veg Grilled was also really good. Even the presentation is such that you want to dig in right away.
Another specialty is their Chocolate toast/sandwich which I didn't try but seemed appetizing. The Tandoori Paneer pizza is cheesy for sure, with plenty of paneer pieces underneath it, but the tandoor factor was lacking. What happens is if that is lacking then the masala coated onto the paneer tastes a bit raw. But no question about it, the sandwiches are fantastic.
You get bang for your buck and the place is definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

Paneer Makhani and Maharaja Special Sandwich was full of flavours with every bite. Very filling and enough for two people.
And taking about chocolate sandwich, the best chocolate sandwich I have ever had (one of the best)?
