β β β β β I remember this place when it was a part of wada, a very small and congested place this was. After their renewal and reconstruction it looks way better.
I visited here after a long time. But i do feel the taste is not the same.
I remember the level of spice they used to serve earlier. It was one of the spiciest misal in pune. But now its not the same for sure.
May be my spice tolerance has increased or their spice levels in misal have decreased.
But their other food items are just as good as they were back in the days.

β β β β β The place serves many snacks, misal being the most demanded. The staff is helpful and attentive. The place is a bit cramped and the seating is okay.
What is worth it is the misal which is not too spicy or sweet and tastes just what you expect.
It is a bit hard to notice in a moving car but the crowd gives it away.
P.s. If you like misal, you should try this place.

β β β β β Here you will get the most authentic Misal of Pune. Misal with aloo, poha, chiwda, matki and farshan. The taste is little tangy due to prominent use tomato but it tastes perfectly not too spicy nor sweet.
After trying almost all misal brands like ( Shree krishna, Katakir, Ramnanth, Bedekar, Nevale etc) in Pune to this I found best.
Here you don't have to pay extra for sample or onion like most of the other misal outlets. The owner Aaji is also very polite.
Only negative point is seating. Very congested place to seat.
Didn't tried their other snacks my review is only related to their misal.

β β β β β Another Puneri misal house located in Sadashiv peth in a lane opposite to Ramesh dying shop. The Shree uphar gruh was earlier very small shop but is now renovated and seating arrangement is also there. The main items sold here is off course misal pav which is tasty. The ingredients are farsan, pohe and matki usal means subji. Do visit if you want to explore different misal joints in Pune.

β β β β β Visited this place after long time like 15-20 years. That time it used to be inside "wada". This place was crowded that time and even now it is crowded. This place is very well known for Misal and sabudana khichadi. This time I ate misal pav. Can't exactly remember test time when I last visited, howeve it was ok this time. Not too spicy and now too sober. Speciality of misal is unlike othe places where they use "chole" or "yellow mutter" here it is prepared with "mataki" and servedwith slice bread ?. Rates are still reasonable. Served other items such as batata Vada, taak

β β β β β One of the best Misal Pav in Pune! If you love spicy food, you will definitely love Shree Misal. Other dishes like wada, sabudana khichdi are also good in taste. The prices are modest. The two caveats are that the misal is a bit oily (compared to other brands) and the seating space is very limited. Overall, I would recommend Shree Misal wholeheartedly!
