★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient bus station, very old location, massive construction is under progress, so, some incontinence one has to face till it's construction complete, it has link of buses to almost all destinations in karnataka, few in Tamilnadu, Pandicherry, Kerala, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Goa and Maharashrta states, all variety of buses available from ordinary sub-standard buses to ultra deluxe seating and sleeping buses, all buses starting in this bus station are run by respective state government corporations so all are reliable and costing less comparatively private service providers, all have online booking facility

People from all parts of bangalore city has connectivity to this bus terminus as Railway Station and Kempegowda bus stand are near by and also it is very helpful for all commuters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The admin of the bus stand is good but the customers crowd bus parking areas. Buses grouped by destinations and not numbers. Non bangloreans need to ask around for the bus you want. Keep an eye out for your bus(es) may need to run and climb b4 it leaves

Also people should be aware of this bus terminus to cope up,once you are found new to bangalore,lot of Pimps,Eunuch's trying to get attention of people and taking them to some private place where they can beat you and take all your money and belongings before sending you back.you will be cheated .
Smells very bad inside bus terminus,i think bangalore authority couldnt manage proper drianage and dirty smell everywhere.
Most of the conductors wonty give you change when you give 10rs for a 6rs ticket means you should forget your money(remaining 4),they are very harsh and pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This city bus(BMTC) serves for different localities. Has free RO drinking water fecility(according to timings). The problem is the buses are parked haphazardly which causes a traffic jam that makes difficult for the buses to enter and exit the bus station. Authorities should instruct the drivers to follow lane deciplain which causes a lot of time loss for the passengers in peak hours. This is a routine problem faced by city travellers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where bad experience with BMTC towards Attibele , yesterday on the date of 21/2/2022.
Evening 8:00pm the bus as started.the condecter is allowing a gens to set in ladies set ,not saporting to me ... To say the roles...bus condecter have to inform to all an rules but he dint do it .the bus number is : (KA-57)(F-2193).
My request is to provide a rules in all bus's
Plc take a action on this .
