★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Headed to this place with family, as we wanted to have some konkan flavours. This restaurant is newly placed in Lal Baugh.
Ambience is superb, no doubt on it and it is very creative which gives you the feel of konkan.
Coming to the food part we ordered:
1.Thecha kolambi(HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!)
2.Mutton thali
3.Chicken masala thali.
4 Pompfret fry thali.
Thecha kolambi was the best, a very unique item made up with prawns. Loved it ( size of the prawns were also good )
Coming to the thalis, every thali was having thier unique tastes. Pomfret fry was also good, it was juicy and marinated will with all the masalas.
The owner of the restaurant was very humble and friendly. He himself took our order and was very polite. We also had a discussion with him.. how he started this restaurant and also gifted us thier own brand water bottle.(Marathi connection) :)

I had a Surmai thali and Kolambi Rassa. Surmai thali was average while the Kolambi Rassa was good.
In my opinion, quality of food should be improved in terms of pricing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had chicken malwani wade and it was amazing in terms of taste. The taste was so much similar to the chicken that my aai cooks and hence, I loved it even more. The solkadi was quite okay though, it did lack a bit a flavour owing to its consistency which was comparatively thinner. The restaurant isn't quite huge so there's always a good amount of waiting. The menu is limited and no deserts listed on the menu. The staff is quite nice. Although, the time taken to serve once we got the table was a lot and hence giving 4/5 stars. But would definitely love to go back and try their fish items.
