★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very wrost experice. One mark for most bad tour operator. They provide bad quality and quantity foods. There manager have no knowledge about places. Whereas took so much money. Maximum spot visit at my own cost. During the tour periods 16/10/16 to 21/10/16 they dont give a bottle of water. Even they dont give any food in evening. Where as i give 13100 for kalimpong tour its not a mtter of joks. Bad! Shame
Bt this time th tour is amazing. With our little maneger santanu. Haridwar is remarkable.?

Travelling with them was nightmare(as well as day mare). I have documented everything what we faced while travelling with them, won't discuss much here. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst tour company, never go with them. They will say that they will show you all the tourist spot mentioned by you. But after reaching there they will deny everything they promised. If you complain them they will misbehave you .Even they charge very much. We have suffered very much.Don't be melted with there website and behaviour. Never go with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best travel agency ever. The provide good hotels clean rooms as well as homely food at a reasonable price. Comparing to other travel agency's food menu thair food is much better and testy also. They don't have limitation for food. If you ask for extra food they never says no. Every evening they provide snacks like chowmin, sandwiches, pakora etc. When the cooking is not possible for the evening time then the provide package food like biskits, cakes, chanachur, chips for snacks. Vachels are also very comfortable. If needed they also provide ac Vachels. I am a very happy traveler with majumder special. Every staff of majumder special is very well behaved. I recommend all my friends to travel with them. It was a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was OK. But the food was awful.Tour managers could not manage a single thing. We had to leave our hotel rooms hours before the scheduled arrival of our train. Overall a very bad experience, Never had such an experience before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An awful experience encountered by the arrangement of “Majumder Special (Konnagar)” to Madhya Pradesh.
Recently we took a tour to Madhya Pradesh arranged by Majumder Special, which claimed to be of 17 days (they received us at Satna on 6th October 2019 and ended our tour on 19th October 2019 ), charging 27 k per head (including train tickets). We had a team of 17 people most of them were senior citizen. The inconvenience faced by us was greater than what is explicable. Still, some of the major issues faced by all of us were :
Most of the hotels provided by them were very low standard; The condition of Amarkantak Resort (Amarkantak) was so poor that we couldn’t even stay there and had to stay at a Dharamshala arranged by them. In Indore the condition of room was so poor that we had to stay in another hotel arranged by ourselves in last 2 days at our own cost.
The car which was provided for sightseeing, didn’t even have a proper local driver. The person had no idea of roads and places, he had to be guided by us via google maps. He couldn’t even find a hotel.
In addition to all these, the manager of the tour didn’t even have that decency to accompany us to all the places, he also didn’t have any idea of the places in Madhya Pradesh, he only went with us for 2 days, then we had to make our own arrangements and go for sightseeing on our own.
The food quality was also not up-to-the-mark, which is very much different from what promised. During the last two days of our tour they didn’t even provide any lunch.
The inconvenience and troubles faced were greater than imagined and ruined major part of our holidays, so would request everyone to check thoroughly before booking any tour with Majumder Special (Konnagar), (which is owned by Mr. Debanjan Majumder).
