★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are running a Scam and please do not take the service. I was relocating, I paid the token amount and booked one property. Upon inquiring just 3 days before shifting, I was told that someone else has already shifted in that property (I had explicitly asked not to give it to anyone), this happen even after token amount was transferred. Now I was being forced with other room that I did not like so I asked for refund. They straight refused to refund.
Moreover, after talking to owner I got to know that I was shown a room and owner was told about a different room and upon arrival I was being shown a different room.
I usually don't do negative reviews but I think it is my responsibility to save other people. My token amount still is with them and they have not shown any intention to return it.
When asked for refund they send you on a goose hunt, like in comments below . You will be blocked on phone or not return calls. Very unprofessional

This is regard to a flat that I had booked with the Co.......
I have never had such a harrowing experience ever before.
So I had booked this property through the person named Rajpal and his junior shiv.
On the day of moving in I along with my entire luggage was asked to come to reach near the property as I was not very familiar with the exact location. I reached the location with the enormous luggage I had with no person on spot to direct me, I kept on roaming in the Cab for an hour all alone and still couldn't find anyone and on calling they would say we are coming be just there and so on and after a while they stopped answering the calls and kept me waiting for good one hour.
I was so disturbed and exhausted as I didn't have anyone with me. Thankfully the uber driver was a good man he coorporated.
Then somehow after an hour and half when shiva was sent to my location (which was just 300m far from property) by rajpal after repeated calls by me,then after reaching the property Shiv kept me waiting for another hour as he was dealing with some other client. It was only when I had completely given up and was about to break down, i lost my patience and literally yelled at him that was the time he came to me and assisted me what was supposed to be done. I had immense luggage with me and when i asked him to arrange for some help he denied outright then when i offered some money he along with caretaker finally got it on 3 floor .
I have never dealt with such a staff earlier shiv was highly arrogant and i was extremely shocked at his behaviour because they promise something else when you pay the token the recklessness with which they deal is awful. In short pathetic management. JUST BECAUSE OF DEALING WITH A NEW CLIENT they made me suffer.
I will never recommend this to any friend of mine and even anyone else as everyone expects a good vibe when moving to a new place.

Neither they can fix any repair work with landlord nor they can arrange rent agreement on time.
I dont understand for what they are charging brokerage.
It's been 27 days passed but no response.
One they get their brokerage they will never listen to you, They will never reply you call you .
Totally frustrated with the support from makaan compare employees. Totally unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Rajpal is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive person. He lied to us on many grounds regarding the mode of payment of the rent, the facilites available at the apartment, early move in into the flat, and many more. He admitted to his lies with the owner and us (tenants) confronted him about it. He lied about fixing geaser in the flat and when put pressure on him, he got the a small geaser delivered without bothering to even get it fixed.
He did not get the flat cleaned before we shifted in and did not communicate our arrival even to the owner. The fan was defected, the bathrooms will filthy dirty and the water had a foul smell. We couldn't use the bathrooms for a day and fixed everything in the flat ourselves without any help.
He will be very responsive till you submit the brokerage to him and then will stop picking up your calls altogether.
Please be careful in dealing with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional team of thugs. They lied to the landlord and me due to which landlord returned our token and the deal never went through. The broker (Rajpal & Sunil) said they will return the 50% advance brokerage but I have been following up since a month but he has been declining calls or making excuses. Never go to them for any house search, they scam you.
