Unless you have an orchard of money plantation, don't get trapped as their builder floors lack the basic quality and you will lose your peace of mind as well as money + they don't have the basic courtesy to even provide you the solution. The day you buy it and the payment is done, they will forget you and even question why you are asking them anything stating that it's not their problem. Please please please save yourself from them and it's better to stay on rent than purchasing from them. I am writing this so that many hard-earning buyers can don't lose on their lifetime of savings in a jiffy.
