★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently we have been to Auli and Soumitra from MakeMyTrip did arrange everything for us. I have to say it has been a wonderful experience altogether starting from the hotel to the cab and the cab driver.
He has ensured the best possible arrangements and what made things more memorable was his availability all throughout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cancelled a ticket on 19/05/2020 during lockdown but did not get refund till now, several time I sent e-mail to make my trip official mail, but they did not get any response, I called several times but no response, so I did not give any star and I will complain against make my trip to Consumer forum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience is good. Security good. Food is good (most of it). One shouldn't try to think about value for money. Its an irrelevant issue while going for Sunday brunch in swanky restaurant.
No discounts to sunday customers (3rd Nov) on 3rd anniversary of JW Marriott Kolkata as advertised on newspapers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No refund for bookings during lockdown...i.e. 27th March'2020 and 27th May,2020(flight not operational). Just one msg that awaiting refund from airline and when you contact airline they say that refund has been processed.Looters of public money.Highly unprofessional.Have closed customer care and still giving idiotic social distancing norms gyan.Need refund !!!!!!
