★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using services of Makson motors for almost 9 years across 2 vehicles. I have seen Makson growing and especially the new initiatives in the last few years - the recent being followup from the team for annual servicing.
The best part is with the limited facility, the range of services offered - denting / painting, electric work, ability to handle technical problems. Its a decent one stop shop for most problems at an economical cost. Bonus is the owners involvement at ground level in daily operations.
Kudos to Makson team and wishing the best !

Mechanic at this place lack knowledge
Spare parts are billed to customers with added commissions
Labour charges are more expensive compared to the authorised service Center. No estimates given before work.
It’s loot business.

I got my car on time as committed & charges were also competitive. I would definitely recommend others to avail the service of Makson.

Ad hoc pricing, very expensive and no estimates given before the job and later charge exorbitant price. Labor to change air filter in small petrol car is 200/- authorised service Center charges less. Parts are expensive too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the garage based on the reviews, which seems to be fake or given by family or friends. So don't trust on reviews.
I went to do a simple spark plug gap adjustment for CNG car, the mechanic are not knowledgeable and arrogant to understand the problem, using half knowledge to diagnose problem.
They were trying to adjust plug gaps without gauges when I asked them to get the gap adjusted properly with gauge they didn't have proper gauge to check since one they had was completely rusted & was not showing any measurements.
So without doing the job which I went there for they charged me 200 rs just to open the spark plugs..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bhumitbhai and team Makson Motors got me out of a difficult situation with my car breaking down. It’s not the first time they did so. Diagnosed the problem and gave a perfect fix for it. Very thorough service also identified couple of other issues that I was not aware of that needed attention. I always bring my car to them with even smallest of issues. As I know they will treat my car as their own and fix it. The service cost is also very reasonable and time taken to fix complex issues is also not much. You can definitely depend upon Makson Motors for your car. Very professional service and highly recommended.
