I have purchased all my jewellery from Malabar store (Andheri). Hemant is store manager very much polite and always ready to help you. We always had great experience buying gold from the store.

I was calling the whole day but no one answered .. then i realised it’s not only that day .. you call whenever still no one answers the call… name sake offers!! You can’t always go to the store if u have enquiries
Their gold rate is less as compared to other brands however their making charges are super high, ways to fool customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been to the shop two weeks ago. Wanted to buy two name pendants and initial pendants. I was attended by Dipali. They didn't have anything worthwhile ready to buy. I was promised by Dipali that she will procure it for me from her south shop. My cell nbr was taken, the pattern was finalised. Since I didn't hear from them for a week, I msgd Dipali. But no response to both my messages. My items were worth 35k initial pendant n 65k for the name pendant. It is not a small amount. Dipali was more interested in registering me for the yearly scheme.
TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER ORIENTED SERVICE

With high standard marketing the customer satisfaction remains zero. Vijeesh is been one associate have been interacting for decades, but due to hemanth's leadership things are just unprofessional. I bought Gold Ring for groom at the time of my younger sister's wedding from Malabar Andheri store & seriously it's value for money product.
They have lots of jewelry designs and different collection as per the price range, also the staffs are very helpful & hardworking.
It's better to buy from trusted brand then from local stores so I will give full 5 ⭐ Highly recommended to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience at Malabar outlet, Andheri. Purchased a earning on 24th sep, 2021 for diwali function. But found a defect in one of the screws and had to give them back for repair. Got it collected after around 20 days . It can be seen in the image that after repair, they spoiled the middle portion of the earing. Nobody to help either. Giving one or the other stupid excuses. Had been a customer since long time, in mumbai as well as kerala and Dubai.
