★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very unprofessional working people. they dont have a proper managing system every day there is a new rule. new rule which is penalty and cut through salary. owner dont have knowlegde how to treat employee he must learn some manners. if any one is going there to work please dont.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a very small office, no proper rules and regulations, in start office didn't conduct company induction later inform one by one rule after the mistake occurred. As per the some administrator minds new rules will created whenever they want and the fine amount will be as per there rules. This is the place of partiality. On every small mistake they just want high num of fine amount. There is no PF facility to employee in this office. Employee's are been harassed has per the company requirement. There is no coffee machine, no hot or cold water option, no oven to steam food. There is no leave facility for employee in emergency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They can't manage the office well and lack of recognition, favouritism, poor communication. Bad leadership, poor management and penalty which is deducted from salary for silly rules which are created every single day.
The HR is incapable of handling the staff, healthy work environment and not providing work from home in this pandemic.
No clarity for work process and making the employees do extra work without increasing the salary or providing incentives.

2) Very arrogant and unprofessional behaviour of management.
3) There is only one person in HR department…who herself dont know the rules.
4) There is no proper induction given after joining.
5) Ask to work more than working hours without giving extra salary or overtime salary.
6) New day, new rule is applied.
7) Management provides you salary, and takes back in the form of penalty.
8) Purposely Delays salary every month.
9) Housekeeping staff in malhir seems more mature than higher level managers.
10) Considering the rules…you can live more freely in Dubai than in Malhir.
FREE ADVISE FROM ME FOR ONE WHO IS SEARCHING JOB.
I have worked in more than 4-5 firm. Like Reliance SBI and Lodha Developers but never faced this kind of harassment.
You should live jobless rather than working in MALHIR

Only one washroom for boys that too smaller then sarwajanik toilets.
There will be deductions from your salary of rs.1000 if you exceed your break by a minute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst BPO ever, only one Hr, salary issue, no smoking zone, collection process, electricity issue, small desk for peoples to sit last year 2021, there was many agent who were covid positive, thank god I was safe, I guarantee no one can work here more than one month, some people who really need job can work here in majboori, but believe me I have 8 years of experience I worked only for 2 months the worst experience ever, also partiality, politics, there own rule and regulation 200 rs fix deduction on every month salary, salary never on time. Worst worst worst think before you go.

Even if you work for one year there the cheap company won't provide you the experience letter nor any relieving letter these people let you beg for these things. The HR is on another level she don't no anything and never considers employee requests. Such a disgusting company overall, new rules are applied daily as they never consider employees lives cut a hefty of salary by imposing various penalty. Overall the CEO thinks he can mistreat employees and pressurise them for his work every management is the worst there don't no how to manage the company. Never go here for job otherwise you will have to beg for the experience letter . Worst management and worst people.
