Amazing facilities are provided to employees at higher grade. Overall looks a complete package to work here for one who wants to grow. Happy working with platinum one .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applied for Linux Administrator Job last week.. Travelled from Panvel for Interview which was Totally not Worth-It
After completing 1st round (on Computer) in company. They made us wait around 1 hour for Interview for 2nd-round and as an Interviewer they send one of the employee from Company.
Who himself didn't knew, how to take an Interview, forget about Interview he was literally yawning while asking the Question & the question asked didn't even made any Sense

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a worthy place to work, i have worked here for 3months and I released that teleperformace which is in the same building paying more than Platinum one for the same position and with better facilities so please try to get selected in TP (teleperformace) rather than Platinum one cause they are unprofessional and will not give you a penny, incentives and promotion at all but TP does?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My name is Swati Upadhyay my employee Id is 35333, and I resigned from this organisation on 27th August 2021.
As an employee, and I worked in this firm for last 32 months from 10th December 2018 - 27th August 2021. And during this period I have never received any increment in my salary even after highlighting this issue various time never got any positive response and every time it was ended by a new excuse but due to some personal reasons i was in need of money and i found a new job wherein i had to join immediately because of this i gave spot resign and i also mentioned in my resignation that it won't be possible for me to serve the notice period i have asked to let me know what the process will be for Receiving my last paycheck and remaining benefits and i was told by Hr to speak to the TL/Manager even after the resignation on email i personally have informed my Team leader Mr. Shubhank Jha and he told me as I am not serving my notice in this circumstance my 15 days salary will be deducted by the company as a compensation to the company for not serving the notice and i agreed for the same however after 45 days when i tried connecting to the HR Ms Prachi Tawde to understand why i haven't received my remaining salary and FNF she just replied me that I am showing Abscond in the system and asked to talk to the Manager but i didn't receive any proper response from my manager and team leader so i tried contacting to the HR but she refused helping me and even blocked my number and when i came to office to understand about the issue she denied speaking to me and asked me to contact Manager Mr. Vinay Nakwa so when i explained him about this matter he also just ignored these things and didn't gave any proper response later on he asked me to speak to the Team Leader Shubhank he said they will had word with Shilpa Ma'am and will try to resolve it after few days when i called him again he said that they are ready to pay the amount after deduction and will complete the FNF but it will take some time after that whenever i asked for the my salary and FNF he said that i will be received shortly and now he is again mentioning that as i have given spot resignation it is considered as Abscond and i will not receive any thing these is how they are changing the statements so frequently but i also have few of my friends in this how have worked in the same organization and after spot resign they compensate the company and receive the remaining salary and benefits but i dont know why this injustice is done to me

I will never recommend any one to join this organisation.
