Very casual response even from GM for the feedbacks raised. This is the biggest difference in after sale service of other brands like Maruti in comparison to Tata

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone there for Software upgrade in my new Car. The service person was nice but the place was too suffocating. You can’t stand there for more than 2 minutes. Once my free service will be over, I will go to some other service Center for the service. Also, it was too bad for the people in such inhuman conditions. They said they have complained about the same but nobody is taking care for them. Also, their seating area is not maintained properly. You can find the broken paint on the walls. Tata is only looking for their cars not for after sale service.

Specially Mr. Gurmeet Singh GM Service, Mr. Kanhiya Ji and other technical staff as well as the service advisor behavior is so nice and supportive nature. They treat the customer as their family member and explain about the required work to be need in your vehicle in detailed each and every thing.
