Jaiywanti (Janti) Dugal is the food director at Azure Hospitality since its inception in 2009. The much talented connoisseur oversees the kitchens at Mamagoto, Speedy Chow, Rollmaal and Mamapaati. Coming from a blend of a Sikh and an Indonesian background, Janti Dugal, embarked upon her journey into the hospitality sector from a boutique company which served Pan Asian and European cuisines for over 25 years. She has also been the Chef and a Chief Promoter at Delhi’s first authentic Thai street food restaurant “Spice.”
At Azure Hospitality, her role is predominantly two fold – to conceptualise new recipes, R&D while travelling various parts of Asia as well as quality control across all restaurants under Azure Hospitality and revenue centres. With a kitchen brigade of over 150 chefs, Janti’s role is pivotal to Azure’s growth and expansion in the future. Her cooking philosophy is to take standard recipes and tweak them with new, contrasting flavours, providing signature tastes that are original and scalable. Using zero preservatives, MSG or colouring, she focuses on seasonal ingredients and constant evolution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always wanted to try japanese in India. Mamagoto was on my to-do list! Yesterday I went to mamagoto and had my lunch. It was really an amazing experience. Dlf mall of India,Noida in itself is an ocean..and mamagoto was worth my time and money. Staffs are really friendly and the food comes well plated. Check out the photos.

419 rupees for this little portion?!!! It's not even considered as snack!!!
Warning! never ever order from this restaurant! The only thing which matters for them, is your money. When it is in their pocket, it's never important how you'll be treated!
After getting fooled by comments (which can be a fraud, because most of 5 start comments is for dinning!) I ordered my dinner from them. I haven't had lunch today. So I thought it is worth to pay 419 plus other costs for a proper dinner. Guess what! I am sleeping hungry!!!
I have to add that the restaurant had a long delay. The delivery team had let me know that it's because the restaurant is too busy to prepare my food. Anyways, i received a completely cold and extremely small portion even though I am living nearby!
Do a favour for yourself, never order from this restaurant. It's way better to stay hungry rather than getting a service from them!

I ordered two dishes, one was dimsum(steamed green beans, brocolli & silken tofu)6pcs costed me 479, second was hawkers noodles(pad thai) costed me 369. I must say that both the dishes were opposite in terms of taste, hawkers noodles were heaven but on the other hand we were clueless about the taste of dimsums. Do not try out dimsums here if you crave for proper steamed Desi momos as it was nowhere near to the taste of real world momos. Kon bahar desh ka momos kha lie? I was like why the hell did I wasted my money on dimsums ? also if you want to try eating with chopsticks then come down to mamagota. I will give 3/5 as overall rating to mamagota. But you should try food at this place atleast once.

For main course we ordered Mama's Spicy Ramen (which was alright... could be more flavorful) & Chiang Mai Train Station Noodles (which you'll like if you enjoy Thai cuisine).
