I had forgotten my bags at the counter and requested the staff to keep them aside for a day as I couldn’t come collect it that very day. Despite making purchases on that very day, they refused to keep it aside even till the next morning and my call was cut midway. Made me really consider my purchases from raymonds mall of India, thanks to their customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so some people have given bad reviews about the service , but i would like to inform that the staffs are very helpful and kind . And they have good collection of suit starting from 12k . i would also like to metion that it took me at least 2 hr to choose a suit (as there were so many collection) and during this whole process one of the staff was with me .
great place to shop , at last i m happy with the product quality and service. ?
