★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This medical is seriously a waste to visit place. I never had been satisfied with here. Whenever I come up with the list of general items I need, they end up not having it. They've alot of useless medicines with them but they don't have what we need. I'd rather recommend you to go A1 medical in Juhu Galli.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst medical ever, there is no exchange service? This is rediculous and frustrating.. I wasted my 600rs just because they don't exchange products.. the store manager is rude.. I would never ever go in that medical.. such an idiot staffs.. first of all when I asked for the product no one responded and the security standing outside gave me the wrong product which I was not aware, and when I came to exchange they rudely said we do not exchange products and you have not purchased the product from here.. I have the bill but the was not ready to exchange.. bad service.. very disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with the counter guy as whatever things I was asking for he was just saying no not there.....so why it's kept open 24by7 and on top of that on Zeta (Sodexo) website it's showing as authorised but at store you say that don't take Sodexo card..... Early morning irritating service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent interior and decor. Wide spectrum of available well stacked products and pharmaceuticals. Helpful and well trained staff. Prompt service. Will order any missing items at express request usually within 1-2 days. Get a 'prescription' typed out from your friend and sent to your phone over WhatsApp, save their number as a Doctor. Show the text message to store attendant. Easy access to regulated and controlled pills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know that they get a lot of flak for their customer service most of which is well deserved but I had a very good experience recently...ran out of my emergency medications in the middle of the night and they lived up to their claim of being a 24 x 7 medical store by delivering the medications within half an hour. So more power to them I guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have put a bord of 24x7 but it shuts down @12 pm sharp during the COVID-19 pandemic and still continuing the same don't visit here after 12 pm .
Ull just waste your precious time traveling here rather visit the chemist near mudakar bar in the lane of mamajis

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff don't have sense to talk with costumers on phone and you have to wait very long for the medicine when you visit there and if you order the medicine in the morning they will send till night!! They need to improve a lot.
