This place has history of rescuing few freedom fighters... and hiding them from the British and contribution to independence at an individual's means who resided in this place.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mamsai Darbar has a history which dates back to time when Britishers were in India. This place is away from the hassle of the city and a true picture of rural India. The mustard and banana fields are no less than those in Shahrukh Khan's Movies. The food is organic as it is directly from the fields. It is located centrally as on one side there is a river and on the other side there is a pond. One can also take a boat ride in the river, which itself is breathtaking. There are various brick factories nearby and should be visited. The people of the village are really nice and welcoming. I love this place and it's a must visit for anyone who is in or near Patna, Bihar. I wish I could stay there forever. This place has my heart.
