★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mental health is still a big stigma around in our society, especially in India. Psychologist are often referred as “shrinks” in western world but what I feel is they just don’t shrink ur brains but expand it to see the life which one deserves to live by becoming a better person. Ms. Barkha has helped in evolve into a better human being by making me realise what I need to correct in me. Forever thankful to her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting into therapy was tough because of the stigma attached with mental health issues. But Barkha made my journey a very smooth, relaxed, non-judgmental and a rather funny one. She helped me recreate a rational thought process that has helped me feel renewed and liberated! It was tough sometimes and there were setbacks too, but it was very calming to have her to guide me through it all. Her energy and positivity is contagious! I would definitely recommend therapy and Manahsparsh to anyone dealing with mental health issues!

I was really scared and confused but Simi made it really comfortable for me! I was dealing with anxiety and panic attacks and now its been almost a month i have stopped my sessions and i have been great! She was really supportive and easy to talk to! I couldn’t have gotten a better therapist! I’ll forever be grateful to her for helping me!♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ms Barkha Nayak is very friendly and welcoming. The strategies she suggested me for dealing with my anxiety were personalised according to my needs and easy to implement. Halfway through the sessions, I could see a significant positive change in my outlook and I am so grateful to her for that. No matter how old you are, mental health issues are a reality and it is important for everyone to understand the ways in which you can deal with them. My counselor has been highly instrumental for bringing showing me a path wherein I am able to atleast confront my problems head on. A very big thank you to the entire team....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was introduced to Manahsparsh at a psyched event through my sister. Manahsparsh has finest psychologists i.e. Simantika & Barkha Nayak.
My experience with Barkha ma’am was magnificent.
The techniques & exercises provided by her to deal with depression & anxiety are extremely helpful. I could never imagine overcoming my depression & anxiety without seeking her help. She has been quite patient with me and her work is remarkable. I will be forever grateful to her.
Mental illness is still not acknowledged and overtly spoken about in our society. I highly recommend Manahsparsh to take therapies.
