Very nice and neat and clean hospital. Doctors are also very soft spoken and friendly. Dr Shweta Goyal is pediatrician par excellence. Services are very good and cost effective. Highly recommended for child health care .

Bhut expensive hospital hai just like 5 Star hotel

One of the best pediatric hospital in bhopal. Dr. Shweta Goyal is very experienced and treats as per latest guidelines. No unethical treatment. Location of hospital is also very good, easily reachable and no worry of car parking. ? recommended.

Reliable and dependable medical health facilities in these hospital. I am continuously visiting here for my child.

My experience in this hospital is pathetic like hospital is a place where we go for getting our health issues fixed but this place can increase the issue instead of fixing it , apart from the staff working and the delay even can’t explain in words. I will not even suggest my enemy to visit here …now you hope how worst experience i had in this place. Very very disappointed.

Expensive Hospital or I say Hotel ? I mean they charge like 5 Star. Well I am here to post an honest review. Please do not get misguided by the fake reviews like those with the same name and have posted 1 review in their entire lifetime. The hospital is good at maintaining cleanliness but foul smell is all over the place as soon as you enter the ward area or staircase. They maintain reception nicely though. PRICY: Those who are saying nicely price, I say if you feel 2000 rs a day for child oxygen seems genuinely priced then my dear friend you're rich. It will cost you around 9-10k to keep your child there for a day. And that too on average case, like nothing serious. WORST: The worst part is you have to run 3 floors for everything. I mean if the attender has some problem you will die there attending your patient. No lift nothing. TYPICAL STEPS: There general procedure you came in go to 2-3 floor when you reach there wait outside then they hand you the medicine slip go down to ground again take the medicine go back to 2nd floor deliver the medicine then come down to generate your admission file then go to basement to fill the file which reception can do too but they were being to bossy and busy watching videos and collecting money is their only job. Then you come upstairs make the payment then again run back to 2-3 floors to hand over the admission file. Then they give you some more medicine slip and whole steps again till they say you can go now. MY CASE: Being referred there from Carewell Multi-speciality hospital. The doctor said nothing serious just for the observation we have to keep the baby there for 24 hrs. When I reached Manan, I got to know at least for 48 hrs I have to keep my baby there (they got money to make, right). And yeah with all the price and experience I have shared you can decide the level of laziness in staff and facilities that they are charging for and yeah blood test charges are like 1250 rs. CONCLUSION: People will pay but at least give them the facility they need just don't try to loot those who are in a serious situation and want the help. Charging money like BMW and delivering Alto makes no sense. DISCLAIMER: My review is about hospital and staff, not about the doctors as I can't comment on something which I didn't see. In my case the doctor didn't even see the baby. The junior doctor and nursing staff know everything (at least that's what they do with everyone all day long right).

I think just to satisfy his ego Mr Oh so educated has asked to put fake negative reviews to his friends and family. Those who have posted these negative reviews are nowhere in our patient registry and are just doing this at someone else's call. But I hope u understand these things hardly affect us . I invite these fake reviewers to kindly visit our hospital once and get best of services. I am sure u will regret wat u are doing. All the best and take care. Also I would ask these fake reviewers to also mention the name of patient and date on which hospital was visited .
