Lot of open area,big park inside only connectivity problem from Delhi that will be short out after completion of Delhi-Saharanpur highway soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is located near to the Signature Bridge over Yamuna River in U.P. The place is residential apartment build by UPAVP under Mandola Vihar Yojna. The apartment have 1BHK and 2BHK residential units. Approximately 200-300 flats must be there. Though the units have not been fully acquired by the owners but some families have been shifted here. The nearby place is industrial and agricultural land use but the place looks like very attractive for the Good living lifestyle as too many residential and commercial activity project are ongoing.

But , the disadvantage is that there is lack of convince facility through 2 to 3 kms.
After all fantastic place .
