Located in busy and crowded street. Separate parking facility available though difficult to drive as it is single lane road and much crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service, sale person and sale floor manager are ruthless they dont understand customer perception; they only thinking of sale stuff n their sale commission.
Due to internal staff issue order purchased was forced to cancel against of adjusting, before invoice was punched in sale agreed with adjustments post buying after 30 minutes of payment order was completed, recieved call from sale mentioning purchase item as cancelled, wasting customer preicse time and on demanding compensation they refuse on providing compensation. Sale person does not understand customer time and time investing for buying costly product.
No proper covid protocol are been followed , no social distancing, Office staff are not following covid protocol in such situation too.
Sale person does not show appropriate behaviour required they force choose their thoughts also sale person arguing on one time buying whereas as an experienced long term customer since 2004.
Show pieces are not rearrange properly so that it easy for one customer to other customer
Conclusion - very bad , instead going to brand and unbranded merchant store give help for better choice better merchant growth. This break monopoly of such meaga stores

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a ethnic Indian women's shop for clothes. I rate it because as a male I could not be bothered what the women bought. I got free coffee , tea, bhajia's and bottled water with with comfortable seats and the salespersons kept the women busy so I didn't have move around to the next shop. There is parking outside the shop too.
